Melody Lomboy started in the Entertainment industry after graduating from UCI in 1999. While pursuing an acting career she worked at various agencies in Los Angeles. After some success as an actor with a promising future, she started a family and decided that she needed more stability. Being a college graduate, she decided to combine her business mind with her knowledge of the entertainment industry. With the guidance of agents that mentored her, she started L & L Talent in 2006 and was SAG franchised in 2007.

Lara Holmes started in the business performing in musical theatre and began doing commercials while attending UCLA. She continued to act in film, tv and theatre after college and then became an agent's assistant at International Creative Management (ICM) and afterwards, a director's assistant at Sony Pictures. A few years later, she became the VP of Development at an independent production company and then moved on to become a producer and talent manager. When she and her husband relocated to the South Bay, she became an agent for celebrity makeup artists and costume designers.
